How do I get to The Kingscote Barn?
By Car - If using a sat nav the postcode is GL8 8YE - please find a map for you to download here. Make sure to follow the signs to Kingscote Barn, rather than Kingscote, as this will lead you into the village.
By Train - The closest stations are:
Cam & Dursley (7.7 miles away) – for Birmingham, Gloucester and Bristol
Kemble (14 miles away)/ Stroud (8 miles away) – for London/Cheltenham
By Taxi - it is advised you to pre-book your through one of the Local Taxi Companies

There is plenty of free onsite parking available

Is there Electric Charging?
Yes we have 2 charging points. Located to the left hand side of the main car parks, upon arrival. These are un-tethered ports, so please remember your cable! 22KW. Powered by Clenenergy - Download the App - before you arrive.

Is there onsite accommodation?
There is a range of Onsite Accommodation available to book for the night of the wedding.

What time can I check in to my accommodation?
Check in to on-site accommodation is between 2-5pm. Please check your individual confirmation email.

Can I check in early?
At the time of booking, you can request an early check in (12.30pm) for a fee of £20.00 per room. Early check ins are subject to availability and offered on a first come, first serve basis.

I'm not staying on site, is there anywhere local you can recommend to stay?
We would love for you to stay with us here on site, however we appreciate there are limited rooms onsite for all guests, therefore we have put a list of local accommodation together for nearby recommendations!

What time should I arrive for the wedding?
You should aim to arrive 45 mins – 1hr before the wedding ceremony. The venue will normally try and seat guests 30 mins before the wedding ceremony.

When does the bar open?
The bar will open after the wedding ceremony. Payment can be made via card only. No alcohol or food can be brought into the venue.

Can I bring confetti?
Please do not bring your own confetti, there are particular requirements to preserve the beautiful barn and grounds.

Do you allow smoking on site?
Smoking Including e cigarettes are permitted on the grounds but not inside the barn or accommodation. There are outdoor ashtrays for use at the reception door, courtyard and on the front terrace.
